I'm a tech geek, commonly a squire, and sometimes, even a fighter. I started training in my early-mid 40's after a lifetime of asthma, 25 years of heavy smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. Bear with me as I re-invent myself. Encouragement is always welcome. I'm also the admin of ACLWiki.
